One of the worst team is sitting in Jade Cucine. Before we gave advance amount, team used to call me 3 to 4 times daily.
Once we made the advance payment, it's done. No calls, no updates, nothing. We have call them for the update. worst part is they won't even answer your calls or do a call back
Team in Jade is not a customer oriented one and it's a attitude oriented team.
I have approached many interior design companies, but never had this bad experience I had with Jade. They do not have any courtesy for customers. They will do the design as per their wish and not as we requested and discussed.
My sincere suggestion would be please stay away from this Jade for your peace of mind
