InTerra Spaces

I am writing this review to warn anybody who is planning to go with Interra Spaces for their interior needs. AVOID. This is not an interior company, this is a pyramid scheme. Any money you give to them will be funneled into their pending cash-starved projects. The rates that they mention are ultra competitive but please note that they will never do the work within the quoted amount and will constantly ask you for more money or else they'll stall your work. Santosh is a slick salesman and is very good at appearing professional at first, but once he collects money from you (and he's extremely good at extracting money on false pretenses) he will stop taking your calls. Small projects, such as mine, have remained incomplete for more than 18 months because they have no cash to pay their vendors and carpenters. Finally you will need to pay local carpenters yourself because Interra doesn't care about completing your work once they've extracted enough money from you. They won't even share the designs with you, and the local carpenters will now become your designers. There will be no supervision from them even after you've paid the carpenters and workers yourself, which leads to low quality work. Mismatched granite, non-matching handles, low quality plywood, missing woodwork etc. They even use cheap local electrical components to minimise their costs. The hinges and hardware will be low quality if you don't pay attention. They will promise you cutlery trays and baskets for your kitchen, but in my case they gave me plain wooden drawers without any kitchen specific hardware. They will even use leftover laminates that are not at all similar to any laminate of your choice because by the end of all the delays you'll just want your work to be completed in desperation. They are counting on this. Finally you'll watch your expenses swell by over 50% of the quoted amount because their quotes are all lies to begin with. I had to pay lakhs beyond their quoted amount because this was the only way I could get my work completed. I'm extremely disappointed, and I regret choosing this firm. They are DISGUSTING.

We got our interiors done by the Interra spaces and I must say they have done what they agreed on or more than what they agreed for . The timelines were bit off but the kind of quality they delivered is impeccable and it was worth waiting for . Their attention to details and design with usability of even smallest space provided us with lot of storage space which in itself acts as a piece of art.
