Interior Plus - HSR

Review of Interior Plus I am sharing our experience with @Interior Plus (HSR) to help other homeowners make an informed decision. We hired them expecting professional project management, peace of mind, and design expertise. Unfortunately, the experience fell significantly short of professional standards. Key Issues Faced: Lack of Expertise & Oversight: Throughout the process—from design to execution—their team kept lagging professionalism and timings and we had to get involved at various juncture to ensure the work was done as committed and finished on time since the delivery/ hand over was committed by them on a mutually agreed date. We even had to clear the civil debris ourselves, which was explicitly their contractual responsibility. Severe Delays: The project consistently missed commitment dates. While a delay compensation clause existed, we choose to waive it in good faith to maintain a constructive working relationship. Substandard Quality: Within a short period post-delivery, the furniture and materials used have begun to show signs of substandard workmanship and deterioration. For reference attached sample pictures - of shoe rack where the wood is already cracked from between and entire gate needs an immediate replacement; duco paint coming out of handle less wardrobe; in addition to alignment issues/hinges coming out. Complete Lack of After-Sales Support: This is our primary reason for posting publicly. We have a signed service agreement that guarantees a 10-year warranty. However, for the past 2 months, our multiple service requests and calls have been entirely ignored by the team. An interior design company is hired to streamline a home creation process, not escalate stress. Given the lack of accountability, unmet commitments, and ongoing non-responsiveness regarding warranty support, I cannot recommend Interior Plus for your home interiors. Project team involved - Sandeep (Company Director), Pooja and Praveen (Project Managers), Venky (Designer), Shiva (execution supervisor), Shanti (Production supervisor). Kudos to the sales person Nitesh - he literally convinced me with all the pros and the one key pro being the reason why the company charges 4 times than carpenter work is the post sale service and warranty - but I just got bluffed there.

Professional, creative, and delivered stunning, high-quality interiors exactly as we envisioned while rennovating our living room, Kitchen, Temple and Foyer. Highly recommend!

Best Interior Firm in Bangalore and when I was about to finalise other firm I just received a call from Interior Plus and after having a conversation with them, me and my family decided to check with them once! And that’s the best thing I have done for my dream house because they helped us a lot from getting best quality to superb designs which makes me feel very super cool. Thank you for the approach and attractive work.

Worst company ever. We onboarded in July 2025. We requested them to start design phase from September. From that time each every step I need to run behind them. Whenever there is an issue not even a single superior will answer your calls. They will get in touch only when you need to make payment. Now I am writing this in June 2026 exactly after one year, till now my interiors were not completed. All the wood were dumped at my site due to which we were not able to move in. After purchasing our home also we were forced to stay in rental house because of their cheap behaviour. This company is full of false promises and false marketing. Help yourself by not visiting this company. If you want waste all your money and time... Most welcome.
