We had a wonderful experience at the showroom, and a big part of it was thanks to Mr. Hemant. From the moment we walked in, he was extremely polite, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand our requirements and guided us through the options without any pressure.

Overall a good place for your furniture requirments. I found the quality of products good. Mr karan in specific has been a regular point of contact for us. I recently bought a sofa set , bed . He is always responsive and good customer handling skills. Over all happy with the store, products, quality and service

I bought multiple items from this Konsept Agencies - Godrej Interio Authorized Dealer. 1. Modular kitchen 2. Sofa, Side Table, 2 beds one king one queen, Study Table 3. Also hired their known vendor for additional home interior carpentry work, which was customized and Godrej Interio didn't offer any customisation. Other than this I have a godrej interio dining table set, centre table, 3 door almirah as well My overall experience with Godrej Interio and their customer service, after sales service is extremely horrible!! Even after spending >15lakhs with them its a disaster post sales service. They will be good until you have paid everything. Multiple delays in delivery, failure to provide original invoices of products they sold us, failure to replace defective parts of kitchen etc even after multiple followups, emails, whatsapp and calls they don't care at all. Would suggest not to go with Godrej Interio Blindly just because of the well known brand, which was our mistake.

One of the largest and best godrej interio showroom i had been to. I had purchased kreation x3 wardrobe from here. The experience was seamless. The sales team especially Hemant had given great support from pre purchase till post installation. I would definitely recommended this one if you are thinking to Go with godrej .

The store manager - Hemant ji and Karthik ji were are very supportive and friendly. Their time commitment as well as quality work is the best one . Best services by Godrej Interio in Bangalore . I got 2 slider wardrobes and Modular kitchen . All of them are fabulous. Kitchen installation quality is perfect and installation time was also less than market.
