We had a very positive experience with HUB Interiors. The final outcome turned out great, and the execution team was extremely cooperative and knowledgeable. Special mention to Amzad, our Project Manager, who ensured the project was completed before the committed timeline and handled last-minute challenges smoothly with great cooperation. Overall, a satisfying and well-managed experience.

We contacted HUB Interiors in late April, and within 2 days we started receiving continuous calls, messages, and emails saying their prices would increase from May 1st and that we should pay ₹25,000 immediately to lock in the old pricing. Even after repeatedly telling them that we were still exploring other interior options, they assured us that the token advance would be refunded if we chose another interior company, provided we informed them on or before May 10th. On May 5th, we officially sent an email and also informed the salesperson, Aman, in person that we had finalized another interior group and wished to withdraw. Since then, all we have been hearing are excuses like “we need to compare,” “speaking to the manager,” or “checking with the backend team,” with absolutely no progress in returning our money. The way they aggressively followed up to collect the ₹25,000 felt like pure sales pressure. The moment it came to honoring their own refund assurance, the response became extremely delayed, vague, and unprofessional. I’m writing this review to warn other customers: if you are planning to go with HUB Interiors, please think twice. Once you give them your money, getting it back seems nearly impossible. The delays, lack of accountability, poor communication, and careless attitude towards customers clearly show that customer satisfaction is not their priority. What is promised during the sales process is not what is delivered afterward. Very disappointed and frustrated with the entire experience. We are really glad we didn't go with HUB.
