My HUB Experience: If you're looking for quick interior solutions, HUB is a solid choice. While the process isn't entirely seamless—especially due to limited laminate choices and tight timelines—it worked well for me because I had a hard deadline. 🖌️ Design Experience The design phase was okay, but not very flexible. If you're strict about timelines, expect limited customization options. Any significant changes can push the execution timeline to 75–90 days. So, if you're willing to invest time and effort from your side, it can work out. 🛠️ Execution Phase This is where HUB truly impressed me. I opted for the fast-track 35-day execution by paying extra. Initially, there were production delay. However, in the final 5–7 days, the team rallied and completed the entire project to meet the promised timeline. Special thanks to: Guru (Senior Project Manager) – took it as a challenge and delivered. Rohit (Carpenter) and santosh (Electrician) – extremely helpful throughout. Despite the early hiccups, the execution quality was outstanding, and my design vision was perfectly realized. ✨ Precision, Quality & Finish The precision of the interiors, quality of materials, and the overall look and feel were absolutely perfect. Every detail was executed with care and accuracy, and the final outcome exceeded my expectations. It was so well done that it completely overwrote all the challenges I faced earlier in the process. 📞 Management Support One of the best aspects of HUB is the approachability of senior management. I raised my concerns with Balaji, Saranya who stayed in constant touch with the team and ensured the project was completed on time, allowing me to shift houses as planned. ✅ Final Thoughts HUB working style is commendable. While there are areas for improvement—especially in design flexibility and production communication—if they address these, the experience could be truly hassle-free and offer great peace of mind to customers.
Verified Google reviewTL;DR: Promises didn’t match execution. High staff attrition, major cost escalation, poor workmanship, delayed delivery, and unresolved issues. Proceed with caution. I signed up HUB Interiors in Aug 2025 for a 3BHK project based on assurances of quality materials, professional execution, and completion by Diwali (late Oct). Rishu(sales) promised personal involvement throughout the project, competitive pricing, and smooth coordination. Based on these assurances, both my friend and I signed up for two flats together, trusting that quality and service would be maintained. Within weeks, the experience began to deteriorate. From the design phase itself, there was continuous staff churn. The initially assigned lead designer fell sick, followed by two more designers being replaced. Each change resulted in loss of context and repeated explanations from my side. The final designer(Mousumi & Batskhem) were average and largely reactive—any request for improvement or creativity was met with “this will increase the cost.” Design timelines slipped by more than a month. Laminate and Louvre options were far more limited(30 to 40) than promised during sales. Many finishes selected from catalogs were later marked “not available in software,” forcing repeated rework and compromises. There was no clear indication of what options were actually supported, leading to frustration and wasted time. Big set-back. The final quotation increased by approximately 30–40% compared to the booking-stage estimate, citing incorrect assumptions made earlier (ceiling height, material usage, software changes). To manage costs, I was forced to drop several scope items including kitchen lofts, dressing table, pooja unit, and non-wood work. Civil work pricing was excessive—₹1500 per electrical switch, along with inflated charges for false ceiling, granite, quartz, and electrical modifications. They were kind enough to allow factory visit. Manufacturing was outsourced to a third-party factory. Despite repeated sales claims of hot-press technology and branded HDHMR, cold-press was observed during the factory visit and HDHMR boards appeared unbranded. This was a major deviation from what was promised during sales discussions and reduced confidence in material quality. Execution suffered further due to frequent PM changes—three PMs over the course of the project. Communication was inconsistent; the territory manager(Asif) was responsive primarily during payment milestones. Once payments were made, follow-ups became difficult. Manufacturing and dispatch were completed quickly after payments, but quality checks were clearly insufficient. Installation was rushed, resulting in multiple workmanship issues: wrongly sized drawers that cannot fit standard utensils, upside-down microwave unit, wardrobe and loft doors clashing, edge-band mismatches visible from the front, damaged laminates during cutouts, incorrect drilling in kitchen units, missing chains and hardware, uneven drawer sizing, study table wire holes without proper grommets, and even a cracked utility tile. Rectification has been slow and incomplete. The company has no in-house carpenters; all work is outsourced, and even carpenters often do not follow project manager instructions, making coordination extremely difficult. Each fix requires repeated follow-ups and new timelines. Additionally, the complimentary chimney and cooktop promised at booking are still undelivered after several months, despite repeated reminders and revised delivery dates. This has caused inconvenience during tenant visits and reflects poorly on overall professionalism and commitment. Overall, this project suffered from false promises, high employee attrition, lack of ownership, weak communication, and inconsistent quality control. There was no single accountable point of contact from start to finish. I strongly recommend choosing a more established and professional interior firm, even if it costs slightly more(₹50k-1lac). Personally, I regret choosing HUB Interiors and advise others to proceed with great caution.
Verified Google reviewI’m happy with the work done by Hub Interiors. The quality of the materials used and the finishing are really good, and the overall workmanship met my expectations. There was a bit of a timeline delay here and there, but the final outcome was worth it. Satisfied with the work and the finish.
Verified Google reviewI truly appreciate the outstanding efforts of the Team at HUB Interiors! They made that exceeded expectations 👏👏👏. I'm thrilled with the final execution—everything turned out perfectly. The entire team made it possible, with a special shoutout to Manjunath for staying calm under pressure and providing constant reassurance. Highly recommend hub interiors!
Verified Google reviewMy Experience: > They initially quote low prices to win the project and inflate costs later without informing you. > Their quality of work is poor and not worth the price. > Team coordination is missing – sales, design, and operations don’t align. > They don’t honor their promises or offers. > They refuse warranty service if you question their inflated bills. Advice: Do not waste your hard-earned money on this company. They are unprofessional, misleading, and unreliable. There are many better interior providers out there who are transparent and respectful of client consent. Check the attached image and see how poor the finishing and quality is Update: (including more details)On reply to HUB interior, : 1. Unauthorized Increase in Charges My contract clearly mentioned 1,315 sqft for single coat painting. After completion, Hub Interiors increased it to 3,000 sqft without any discussion or written approval. Despite no consent, they are now demanding payment for this inflated area. 2. Poor Coordination & False Promises The design, operations, and sales teams never align — each gives different information. The sales team initially promised a free chimney, then changed it to a wardrobe organizer, and finally refused even that when I didn’t pay for the unapproved extra work. 3. Substandard Work Quality The painting quality is below expectations. The roller shutter was delivered with scratches, and when I raised the issue, they refused replacement and denied warranty service, citing the disputed charges. 4. Warranty & Service Denial It’s unacceptable that Hub Interiors is withholding warranty and after-sales service for the approved and paid work. Warranty applies to the contracted scope, not to unapproved additions. I am ready to settle payment for the originally approved 1,315 sqft, but I won’t pay for unauthorized work.
