The overall coordination, promptness, and execution were truly commendable. Timely Delivery, But Poor Design Support & Accountability ✅ What went well • Production & Delivery: Both were completed as per the promised schedule, which is appreciated. • Installation Team & Project Manager: Professional, punctual, and cooperative during the execution phase. ❌ Major issues faced • Weak design support: Design quality was below expectations. They compromise on product size and functionality if you try to control costs, without offering better alternatives. • Lack of visual clarity: No on-site markings or layout visuals were shared during the design phase, so it was impossible to visualize how things would actually fit. • Poor team coordination: No single point of contact. Different people handle different parts of the project, and none take full ownership. Every small concern had to be escalated via email to multiple team members just to get a basic response. • Customer blamed for design gaps: If you raise any issue post-design approval, the company’s response is that you already “signed off” — as if you were supposed to measure and validate all product dimensions on your own. • Zero post-signoff flexibility: Once the design is approved, there is no room for correction — even if the actual execution turns out impractical. Customer is left to suffer. • Lack of proactive suggestions: The design team doesn’t offer any creative ideas or suggestions to enhance the home. You’re largely on your own unless you push them. • Utility & Electrical planning issues: There was no proper planning for gas line, utility area, or electrical point placement and grooving. I had to step in and plan most of these myself. • Undersized products: Some items were delivered smaller than standard. I had to hire a carpenter later to make them usable.

We are very pleased with the team's work. They fulfilled all their promises and demonstrated true professionalism throughout the project. Although there was a slight delay during the design phase, it ultimately proved beneficial. Our designer's insights were invaluable and significantly contributed to creating our dream home. Excellent work overall. We would highly recommend their services.
