The planning and designing were thoughtfully done, keeping our requirements and preferences in mind. Most importantly, the project was delivered on time without compromising on quality. We had a wonderful experience working with House of Designs Interiors for our 2BHK flat at DSR Highland Greenz Apartments. Our journey started with Nikhil, whose interaction was extremely pleasant and informative. He patiently explained the details around materials such as plywood quality, hinges, laminates, and overall execution, which helped us make confident decisions right from the beginning. During the design phase, we worked closely with Ms. Nomitha. We went through multiple iterations and design reviews, and throughout the process she remained patient, receptive to our ideas, and honest about what would and wouldn’t work practically. After about four weeks, we finalized a design that perfectly matched our expectations. Post design finalization, Mohan (Site Lead) and Anvith (Project Lead) took over execution. I was initially sceptical about completion within the promised 45 days, but the team delivered exactly within the timeline. Anvith deserves special mention — he was extremely proactive and went out of his way to accommodate requests and coordinate seamlessly between multiple vendors including chimney installation, tiles, and painting work. One thing that truly stood out was the professionalism of the entire HOD team. At no point did we see anyone lose patience despite changes and coordination challenges. The final outcome is aesthetically beautiful and executed with great attention to detail. We are very happy with how our home has turned out. If you are planning interiors for a new or existing home, you really don’t need to look beyond House of Designs. The entire journey—from the design phase that began in July to the final execution and handover at the end of September—was smooth and hassle-free. Mr. Sivaram and his team were highly professional, ensuring that everything stayed on schedule while maintaining excellent quality standards. A special mention goes to Jotika, our designer, for her creative ideas and for being so patient with all our design revisions and requests. I’d also like to appreciate Mr. Mohan, the project manager, and Mr. Sathish, the site coordinator, for managing the site efficiently and being readily available to address any queries or issues promptly.
