We gave our interior work to HomeArt Construction & Interiors in Ananth Nagar, Electronic City, and it was a great experience. Mr. Libin understood all our requirements perfectly and also shared helpful suggestions to make the interiors look better and more attractive. The workers were efficient and did an excellent job. Everything was completed on time, and Mr. Libin coordinated very well with us whenever there were changes or suggestions. Overall, we are very happy with the results and absolutely love the interiors. The work was done within our budget too. We would definitely recommend HomeArt Construction & Interiors to others.

1. Excellent Pre-Contract/Execution Communication: • Mr. Vishnu was highly responsive, polite, and communicative when discussing the project scope, cost, and during the active work phase. This gave me confidence in his professionalism. 2. Zero Post-Completion Accountability (Poor Ownership): • Immediately following the completion of the work and final payment, Mr. Vishnu stopped responding to all communications. • Upon noticing [Mention the specific damage/ issue, e.g., a leaking pipe, faulty wiring, paint peeling] which was directly related to the contracted work, I attempted to contact him via call and text/email. • He has consistently failed to answer calls or respond to messages regarding rectifying the damage/issue. 3. Refusal to Honor Warranty/Take Ownership: • This lack of response demonstrates a clear refusal to take ownership of post-completion defects and failures, which is unprofessional and unacceptable for a quality contractor. In summary, I am deeply disappointed with the lack of accountability and the complete breakdown in communication once the work was paid for. I would caution others regarding the long-term reliability and ownership of the work performed by Mr. Vishnu. I request that Mr. Vishnu or his company immediately contact me to arrange for the necessary repairs or provide a satisfactory resolution.Here I am adding some pics of his work which i faced mostly within year.

I recently completed the construction of my villa with the help of Mr. Vishnu, and overall, I had a very good experience working with him. Apart from a phase where he faced some labour shortages—which delayed the project for a while—there were no major issues throughout the construction journey. The delay was something he communicated openly, and he was completely transparent about the reasons, which I truly appreciated. When it comes to work quality, Vishnu has delivered top-notch results. Every aspect of the construction reflects attention to detail and commitment. Whenever I raised a concern or requested a fix, he immediately arranged for someone to visit and resolve the issue. Even after the project completion, he continues to be supportive and helpful with any problems that come up. One of the things I admire most about him is his humble and respectful nature. He listens patiently, discusses his plans clearly, and makes sure we are aligned before executing anything. This mutual respect made the entire experience smooth. He used all the materials that were approved during the planning phase, and there were no surprises or deviations. Communication with him has also been very good. Although he is sometimes busy and may not pick up the call on the first attempt, I have always been able to reach him, and he responds as soon as he can. Throughout the project—from the initial scope discussion to budgeting and active work phase—he remained highly responsive, polite, and professional, which gave me great confidence in his capability. Overall, I am satisfied and happy with his work and attitude. I would definitely recommend Mr. Vishnu to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and customer-friendly contractor for their home construction.
