I recently got a study table with some shelves done from this place a couple of days back. Though the quality of the materials and the work was good, the overall service has been pathetic to say the least. Though we gave the order 15 days in advance and the dates finalized, the day the work was supposed to start only the material was sent at 5:30 p.m. and I wasted one leave just waiting. On inquiring, I was told that the previous day there was a issue with power at their factory which caused the delay. When the material came there was only one worker sent to unload who was not able to do it himself and so I ended up moving some material myself The next day the carpenter had come and through the day there were issues like the glass which was supposed to be fit was not sent, the hinges was not sent, the cloth for the pinup board was not sent and again I was asked by the owner to get the cloth myself for the pinup board which I ran around for. The best part is that neither the owner nor the staff had no clue where I could get it. Thank god for the carpenter who told me the place where I could finally get it. The frames which were sent were also not cut properly and had to be taken back to be redone. Work which should have ideally been done in day stretched for 5 days and with loads of headache. The only reason for which they followup is for the payment for which they are very prompt. If you want to have a hassle free transaction for your wood work then this is definitely not the place.
