Hofeto

We had taken their service almost 2 years back. Got a sliding door wardrobe and a work-desk designed by them. The finishing and quality of both the items are not upto the mark. The laminates on both were not pasted well and it's already coming off. Very poor quality and the workers were not skilled enough. They took almost 1.5 months to make these items which caused a lot of inconvenience to us at that time. Also, the designer who was assigned to us wasn't competent and we had to finally suggest the entire design. There were zero inputs from her side. Least creative and old fashioned designs were suggested.

Very bad experience with Hofeto. When Hofeto started like 4-5 years ago that time also we were associated with them and had a good experience back then. So, this time we were confident that the experience will be good enough but had a horrible experience. Once the amount is transferred after that you will only have to do the follow-ups, the point of contact will change and rest nobody will respond. It will be wasting your money, time and energy. Thankfully got the refund.

We are living as a joint family and everyone has a different taste in what they want. My parents like their old furniture with new finishes but the rest of us wanted an organic finish of textures and colours. The house took less than 2 months to renovate and the team was fully ready to help us with all changes. Their customer service is good apart from the full support with design changes and constant follow ups.

Started ok, I liked the process, designer and team, when my designer asked, questions, seems like it was going to be a good experience. I liked that the first design I had was 25% below the budget amount I set in. I did have a timeline I was looking to complete this in, and after an update to my design, my living room and kitchen got completed in 1 month time.
