Extremely disappointed with the post-installation service. We purchased both curtains and wallpaper here, but the quality has been subpar. The curtains tore in less than three years, and the wallpaper is already peeling. Despite multiple phone calls and even an in-person visit to request repairs, we have received zero follow-up. Very unprofessional—I would not recommend them if you value after-sales support.
