Good showroom and experience center. The have some good hardware and surprisingly large too. The ground floor had the hafele hardware items. The other floors had handles etc and even hafele kitchen appliances in the fourth floor. The sales staff was also very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us.

Buying a hob, chimney, and dishwasher from Hafele Design Studio - Shree Ishta Hardware has been an absolute nightmare. This is how they treat a customer who spent over ₹1.25 Lakhs upfront at their store. This is not just poor service; it is a calculated scam. ​Here is the exact timeline of how this showroom cheats its customers: ​Bait-and-Switch Fraud: One day before my housewarming pooja, I requested delivery, only to find they had sent a completely different, cheaper model hob than what I paid for. ​Deliberate Deception: When I demanded a correction, they flatly refused to change it. Out of sheer helplessness and time pressure for the pooja, I reluctantly agreed to accept the cheaper model. ​Sent a USED, Defective Piece: To my shock, the cheaper model they delivered was a heavily USED piece. ​Ruined Auspicious Occasion: After fighting with their manager over dozens of calls—destroying the peace of my housewarming eve—they finally sent a replacement on the day of the pooja. Guess what? They sent the wrong model yet again. ​Zero Quality & Immediate Failure: I accepted it out of desperation just to move into my house. Within exactly ONE week, the burner stopped working. ​Utterly Incompetent Technical Support: To make matters worse, the technician they sent for the installation had absolutely zero knowledge about the products. He was so clueless that he couldn't even provide my carpenter with the basic dimensions required for the door of the built-in dishwasher, stalling my entire kitchen woodwork. ​The Customer Service Black Hole: They are refusing a return or refund for a defective, incorrect item. When I called the central Hafele customer care, they washed their hands of the situation, stating only the showroom could fix it. Meanwhile, I have the phone numbers of over 10 different managers, employees, and technicians from this specific branch—and not a single one responds or takes accountability. They take your money and completely ghost you. ​If you value your hard-earned money and peace of mind, NEVER buy from Hafele Design Studio - Shree Ishta Hardware. They take lakhs of your money, sell wrong models, deliver used items, send clueless technicians, and provide zero after-sales support. ​I demand an immediate callback from upper management, a full return, and a complete refund for this defective junk. If this is not resolved immediately, my next step is a formal complaint to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and the Consumer Forum for unfair trade practices.

Absolutely useless. Were recommended by Hafele as their official partner center for purchase and installation. We spent days going back and forth - sharing measurements, getting quotes, finalizing everything. After all that effort, the response? No carpenters. Not next week, not next month. Just don't have them. No timeline, no alternative, no accountability. All that time wasted only to find out they can't deliver on the most basic part of the job. What exactly is the point of being a Hafele partner center if you can't even provide carpentry support? Would not recommend.

Worst experience. Puroshottam store manager said we have sample available for the green brush colour handle for profile shutters of kitchen cabinet. I travelled 40 kms from sarjapura to their store and was shown pdf instead of a physical sample. They just want leads with no concern of what customer is looking for.

High rates Low quality products. Don’t buy hardware from here and regret latter. i bought all of my home kitchen door handles from here. They were black in colour. After a year it shows aluminium colour. These hardware not cheap in its price. But cheap in quality. Look at the handle. it doesn’t even can hold its screws at one side. Not good shop for purchase. See the door pump. its broken
