I am so impressed with the quality and functionality of my Hacker Kitchen! The German craftsmanship is evident in every detail, from the smooth, easy-to-clean surfaces to the smart storage solutions. Hacker Kitchens offers a wide variety of materials and finishes to choose from, so I was able to create a kitchen that perfectly matches my style.

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Hacker Kitchen. Despite our initial excitement when choosing them, the experience has been far from satisfactory. We installed our kitchen in February, and now, in November, the installation remains incomplete. We've been living in our new house since May 2023. Communication has been a significant challenge, and attempts to reach them have proven to be a pain. In particular, Neha from their team has been the most difficult to engage with. Not only has she failed to fulfill her responsibilities, but she has also provided inaccurate measurements, contradicting their promise of a fully customized service. The overall experience has been disheartening, and I would caution others considering their services.

I had engaged Trisha for Haċker Kitchen for my new house in 2019. It was a bad decision to engage Trisha. Pathetic people and worst customer service. I don’t recommend Hacker Kitchen through Trisha ever.

Very unresponsive customer service. Contacted them several times to place order for new cabinets but absolutely no response or callback. Avoid.

Worst dealer ever encountered. They delay for over 4 months on delivery, and demand payment . End quality very mediocre for the price and disappointing .
