This is a review as honest as it can be (a genuine one and not a relative or a friend writing it for attracting business) Our interior work with Flairinterio started in Sept.-end 2022. While initially everything seemed ok, there were a lot of goof ups that we as individuals had to get fixed. 1. Bhanuji visited the property only twice during the entire period. 2. His carpenters were not cooperative. They did not know how to fix Hettich fittings (which as so expensive) and we had to set up a visit from the Hettich customer care for them to guide the carpenter. Even then the carpenter's attitude was "out of the world", he was arguing, contesting whatever he was guided for. 3. In our kitchen loft we have doors of three different sizes. Why? Only bhanuji and his carpenter knows what kind of unique designing that is. 4. Everything was done twice!! The wardrobe doors that were designed were wrong. Went to the factory and came again. Same happened with the foyer doors. 5. We used to message and call Bhanuji regularly and so often for all the mistakes his carpenters would do. There would be no response. Even till date, he has only argued with us on why xyz thing is right and not wrong. His focus is not you, but his own ego and agenda. 6. We requested him to change the carpenter. Revat had a very bad attitude and he doesn't know what has to be done and how. He refused. He was stuck at sending Revat to our homes only. When client requests for a team change in corporate world, that happens. But Bhanuji was stuck with Revat and said he will only do the work. 7. His electrician came drunk at our home and vomitted all over the washroom!!! Bhanuji did nothing with it. He used to hammer the walls for extensions in a way, that even today we regret requesting bhanuji for that. 8. The bed plank folded within 2 months of use. Where does that happen? 9. Bhanuji left the work incomplete because Revat used to take n number of holidays and Bhanuji as usual was stuck that he will only visit our property. 10. There are bubbles in so many places. There's more, and the review is limited by words. When someone buys a home, it is their dream home. And it is very important for an interior designer to treat someone's dream home like one. It is not their playfield where they can do anything. Sadly Bhanuji and his carpenters don't realise it.

We are really thankful to Mr. Bhanu Kumar Jain to help to implement our dream home. What we planned and had in our mind, it was properly executed and handled all the things in proper manner. I've had a truly outstanding experience with Bhanu and his team while working on getting my property managed in Bangalore and also getting all the interiors done. His responsiveness is truly impressive; I always felt that my inquiries and concerns were addressed quickly and efficiently. He is incredibly organized, making the entire process smooth and stress-free for me , even when I was not based out of Bangalore in person.
