Community bonding is strong and we celebrate all festivals with great enthusiasm. Parking space is well maintained and overall maintenance/upkeep of the society is commendable. NICE road access is simple via Bannerghatta Road. There is a pink line metro station just next to the society and should be operational by 2026 which will improve the connectivity even further. I had booked a unit in Oct 2021 and got a chance to see my apartment recently. Pros: Location, Great use of space around the property for amenities ( it's got a basket ball court and multiple purpose court), development around the property with greenary all around which means less probability of a high rise building (other than sparkle) around the property. Cons: Living and kitchen spaces are tight with spacious bedrooms. Metro construction (expected to be completed by 2025) underway which can create problem to commute. Overall a very good property with quality, great livability with proximity to upcoming metro station, mall and temple next door.
