DBI was quite professional and transparent in their approach. The decision to go with them was easy, we've had great recommendations from friends who have availed their services and we knew a quite bit about them. They listened carefully to our requirements and the design team was brilliant with their suggestions. They always keep customer requirement at the forefront and work based on your budget and ideas. Through out the project cycle, we got full support from Design and project team, which helped in smooth handing over of project. Another point to be mentioned is that, they never go back on committments and the project was delivered on time as per approved design. Overall our experience was good and wishing DBI all the best.

I am happy to write this review, I was skeptical about going with a design & Build firm, but it was pleasantly smooth sailing. DBI was professional and transparent in their approach, they listened to our requirements, gave us guidance on detailing. I am delighted with the space planning and efficiency they have given my space. From day one to handover, their commitment is excellent, never I felt worried, what they have promised they delivered. Literal transformation of design to product with project delivered on time and cost. I wish team DBI of George & Anup all the best. I am sure their honest, sincere approach will help other residential customers like me.

Generally I don’t write reviews but these guys have made me fall-in for their great service and team effort. We are extremely pleased with the service of DBI. The courteous gesture of the George and the wide variety of choice that they presented me was just unbelievable. They were very professional in understanding my requirements and provide me with excellent design (Ezhili you rocked it...) keeping in mind the minute details that I had asked for. The only word which comes to my mind when I think about DBI is “Quality” & “Trust”. Our experience with DBI was like dream come true, especially every aspect and detailing they had from planning to execution everything was done to the perfection and with absolute transparency. Anup and George are experts in thier field with dept of clarity and understanding about house architecture. We are more than satisfied with work done by DBI team.
