Execution: 3 ⭐ They didn't deliver the project on time and after taking all the money, they still kept lying and not finish the project. The owner ghosted us after we signed the project on the grounds of a family emergency and for 2 months she refused to call us back. The execution project manager who repeatedly lies about the complete plans and he just THREATENS to stop the work of money is not paid. Even after paying, he doesn't show up and doesn't have a plan how to finish. The other execution lead who has done design without taking into account the dimensions of the gas cylinder and UX and they had to redo wood work coz of bad design. All the payments are related to material dumping and not installing them. And we realised this very late in the project. This review hopefully helps you. Their designs are NOTHING out of the box. Initially I was sceptical on approaching De Panache as they came across as being expensive. However in our first meeting with Atreyee itself all our doubts disappeared. Atreyee's passion, knowledge, creativity and especially honesty blew our mind. She never forced her views and designs on us. She catered to our requirements and designed the interiors according to our wishes. Also, she never deviated from the initial budget / quote given. She always provided suggestions to reduce our cost. She had a wonderful team who were also very responsive to our requirements and never hesitated to change the work done whenever we required changes. We had a wonderful experience with Atreyee and her team. We were and still are very happy with the final output.
