Only the installers i.e. Manjunath and his team of workers were good and helpful. They work was good and he also was available on call for many issues we faced. Nischita also helped in design very well. Rest of them with regard to service was very mediocre. Well with regard to design and finish it was good.

I recently installed a Cromatica steel kitchen and am thoroughly impressed with both the product quality and the overall experience. The stainless steel cabinets are exceptionally durable and add a sleek, modern look to my home. The wide range of design options and finishes made it easy to customise my kitchen to fit my style and needs. The installation process was smooth and well-coordinated. Cromatica’s team was professional and attentive right from the initial design consultation to the final assembly. They kept me informed of progress and completed the setup within the promised timeline, delivering a perfectly finished kitchen. Post-installation service has been excellent as well. Cromatica offers a generous 15-year warranty and follows up with a free maintenance check, which gave me great peace of mind. Their customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed advice. We entrusted our kitchen project to Cromatica, they finished the project last October. At the time of payment they’d promised one year of service. Now, there’s repair and service work required it’s been two months and they are just not interested in sending their staff for repair work quoting everyone is busy in installation work. AGAIN, waiting two months for minor repair work. I’ve specifically had terrible experience from their call support rep- Eida and sales rep- Sachin If after sales service matters to you, please do not go with this company.

Best Wardrobe by Design, Quality, Finish and Execution. I am writing this review after using the product for 3 months now. Anyone apprehensive of going in for a metal wardrobe instead of wooden, take my word for it, Steel wardrobes are the best in terms of quality, health and maintenance, not to mention the resale value. In case you are picturing that they will make sound like the Godrej metal almirah…absolutely not. They are different and behave like a wooden one. Coming to Chromatica. Everything from the word go was good. They have a good marketing team who explained all type of options, excellent design team who designed as per our requirement with all minute details, with as many iterations demanded by us, the field team who visited the site took measurements with our consent on extent issues (its important aspect). The production team keept us updated on the progress of the production. The execution team and installation team came with an execution plan and executed the project as planned in time. Installation was very professional, good quality accessories as promised, neat work without damaging surrounding, neat gap fillers and excellent silicon sealing. Pros 1. Good quality 1mm thick steel powder coated sandwiched doors. (Will not get this quality from even Godrej, my kitchen unfortunately is from Godrej) 2. Structure/Caracus are customised moulded steel without gaps and very neat from inside. 3. The doors and drawers are soft closing, best fit without warp or alignment issue. 4. The process of measurement, capturing details and designing is perfect due to which there is minimal damage at site. 5. The transportation, installation, damage handling all issues are taken care by the execution team without any intervention. 6. Colours and options for customisation is excellent. 7. The accessories like hinges, handles etc are of best quality and you have a say in quality and design. 8. Communication and post product support is excellent. 9. Zero emission, unlike plywood, MDF etc which emits formaldehyde etc. Antifungal, antipest etc too an advantage. 10. Value for Money. Cons Yet to find any !.... but yes they take time to deliver i.e. 45 working days, but worth the wait. They deliver on the date as promised in installed condition. I have done interiors of my home with Kitchen from Godrej, Wardrobe from Chromatica and Living room crockery/showcases by local carpenter. Of all these Chromatica’s product stand out in terms of quality and precision. Godrej is a huge disappointment; wish I had gone in for kitchen to Chromatica. I would like to thank Technicians - Arun, Anantha, Manju, Pradeep, Designer Sneha, Nithin and Liji who marketed it to me and Mr Mohammad who coordinated the speedy production. You all will be remembered for providing an excellent product. Anyone wanting to understand the quality of product by chromatica please visit me at prestige Jindal city. Amazing product. The team was very helpful in guiding us with designing the wardrobe. It was customized according to our needs. The shelves, drawers, mirrors and the height was set as per our requirement. The fittings have good precision. The wardrobe is very sturdy. The installation team did a neat and tidy job.
