Update - 09/03/2026 - I want to add an update to my earlier review. My previous feedback was based on my genuine experience at that time, and I had rated them one star because I felt that certain aspects, especially post sales support, were not meeting expectations. However, after that review, I noticed a few issues with some wooden fittings in the house, including minor damage on certain cupboard doors and a few other areas. I reached out to the team and asked if those could be inspected and repaired. To their credit, the team treated my earlier feedback as an opportunity to improve. They came back, reviewed the issues carefully, and replaced or repaired the damaged wooden parts wherever required. The work was done neatly and professionally, and the finishing this time was excellent. I genuinely appreciate the effort they have put in to address the concerns and make things right. It is not always easy for a company to take criticism positively, but they did so and followed through with proper action. Because of the way they handled the situation and the quality of the rectification work, I feel it is only fair to update my rating. I am now changing my rating to five stars and would like to acknowledge the effort and support they have shown. Previous review - I had an extremely disappointing experience with Combined Design for my home interiors. I normally avoid writing negative reviews because I genuinely want businesses to grow, but what I went through with this company should not happen to any customer who is investing their hard earned money and planning to move into a new home peacefully. First, the handover was delayed by more than 30 days beyond the committed date. There was no proper planning and no clear communication. During the last few days, the work was done in a rushed and careless manner. The finishing is extremely poor and the execution quality is unacceptable for the amount I paid. One of the biggest issues was the coordination failure. I had scheduled wall painting through Asian Paints, and their team clearly told me that painting must be done only after all interior work is completed. However, Combined Design falsely confirmed that the interior work was finished. Based on that confirmation, the painting was completed. After that, their team again started working and this resulted in multiple visible gaps between the furniture and the walls. To cover up those gaps, they applied silicone sealant later, which looks very bad and completely spoils the finish. The kitchen skirting is another serious problem. It has only been placed and not properly fixed. It keeps falling off repeatedly. I paid more than 15 lakhs for the full interior work. The quality delivered is so poor that even a local carpenter would have done a better job. The biggest failure of this company is execution. The design discussion at the beginning was smooth and polite, but once the execution started, everything fell apart. The site supervisor rarely showed up and the work progressed only at their convenience. There is absolutely no after sales service. I followed up multiple times for pending fixes and issues, and most of them were simply ignored. I even escalated the matter to the owner, Mr. Shamanth, but nothing improved after that. This clearly shows that the company does not take customer concerns seriously once full payment is collected. In fact, I had clearly informed them that I wanted to retain 20 percent of the payment until proper completion. They strongly insisted that their policy requires 100 percent payment in advance and convinced me to release the full amount. After receiving the complete payment, the delivery and support became extremely poor. If you value your money, your time, and your peace of mind while moving into a new home, I strongly recommend not choosing Combined Design. My overall experience has been highly frustrating and disappointing.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently had the pleasure of working with CD (Combine Design Inc.) in Atmos Silverwood's for the interior design of our villa, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional! The team from combine design seamlessly combined their expertise in designing false ceilings, wardrobes, vanities, study tables, curtains, and a modular kitchen with loft, creating a stunning and cohesive living space. From the moment we engaged with CD, their professionalism and commitment to excellence were evident. The false ceiling designs are true works of art, adding a touch of sophistication to every room. The meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail are a testament to their dedication to quality. The wardrobes are both functional and aesthetically pleasing, providing ample storage without compromising on style. CD ability to strike the perfect balance between functionality and design is truly commendable. The vanities and study tables are not only practical but also beautiful additions to our home. ⚠️ Not Recommended ⚠️ I'm from Hyderabad and had my interiors with them at My Home Tridasa, Tellapur. My sincere request – please don’t approach this interior design company. They only focus on sending quotations, bring in unprofessional carpenters, and deliver very poor finishing and quality. Post-service is a nightmare – no one responds, and every door/unit has issues. Pantry unit hooks have been malfunctioning for months and are not available anywhere. Though they promise a 10-year warranty, they don’t even lift calls after handover. This is for your information – kindly share with your friends and family before planning to onboard them for interiors. Mr. Shamanth you visited my house during interiors, hope you remember and even promised of post handover service, forget about that you are not even lifting my calls. Atleast let us know where we can get those hooks for the pantry unit, we are not able to find them anywhere.

Not only have cheated me and few others in one of the prominent gated communities in hyderabad. I paid full amount (barring 1.8 L to be handed over at delivery)in April with 45 day delivery commitment. Only 30% work was done till July. Multiple discussions and follow ups didn't yield anything but more frustration because of their cold responses and unprofessional conversations. Thier centre manager was rude and CEO doesn't respond. They completed another 30% till October and started insisting to make final payment of 1.8 L to proceed further which was to be handed over at hand over as per agreement. They again went in to hibernate mode , closed their office at Hyderabad without informing me and other clients. It is like absconding with our money. Finally I had to shell out huge money to get the remaining work done by another interior person. Cheating, unprofessional are words come to mind. They didn't pay their contract worker also and he ran away with my flat keys to threaten them

We chose Combine Design with a lot of trust, as this was our first home. Unfortunately, that trust has been completely broken. The Hyderabad team committed to completing the interiors within 30 days. While about 90% of the work was done initially, the remaining work has been pending for over a year, even after full payment. We are living in a house with cupboards without handles, cabinets that clash into each other, fixtures coming apart, and most worryingly, a gas pipe left hanging in the kitchen, which is a serious safety hazard. For months, we were given false assurances that the work would be completed “by the weekend.” Even when other company teams admitted that the project was mismanaged, no corrective action was taken. Instead, we were asked to “compromise.” We even tried contacting senior management and the CEO directly, but received no response. Emails, calls, and social media messages were all ignored. Combine Design advertises a 10-year warranty, but if this is the after-sales service, it raises serious concerns about how meaningful that warranty really is. What should have been the joy of living in our dream home has turned into constant stress and disappointment. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend choosing any service provider other than Combine Design.
