Project was completed on time with minimal deviations from the planned design. Meeting the timeline was especially critical for us as our landlord had issued a notice, and the team ensured smooth, timely execution. A special thanks to Project Manager -Mahendar for his clear communication, commitment to the execution plan, and prompt accommodation of minor requests

We are very happy with how our interiors has been done by chattels. It all started in july and has been a smooth ride since then. Sisindri our designer was great , he was open to any customisation and gave inputs when required. Rajesh , senior project manager, did an excellent job in making sure the execution is as per plan. He solved any issue or change we requested. Our house warming was scheduled and he made sure as much gets completed before that Irfan , the project manager was helpful as well. Stayed at site majority of the time and made sure things go smooth Special mention about carpenter Vikky who was phenomenal. Overall we are very satisfied with the output and special thanks to all Chattels team in making our home look beautiful. Chattels prices are economical as well. Last but not the least. - Chattels have their own timelines and we should keep a little buffer time for completion of project.

My experience with Chattels Design was really good. My designer, Priyanka Mourya, was amazing — patient, creative, and always open to our ideas. She never hesitated to make changes, even right before the final QC, and was very supportive throughout the process. The project execution and implementation were smooth and completed within the expected timeline. There’s still a bit of scope for improvement in production, but overall, the coordination was great. A special thanks to Project Manager Mahendra, who was always reachable and helped ensure the project was completed faster. He was very respectful and even replaced a few wooden parts that had minor scratches during installation — without us having to complain. The fit and finish of the woodwork came out very well. Whenever we pointed out any issues, the team immediately accepted and rectified them. However, the false ceiling and electrical vendors could improve their quality. Thanks to koushal- owner of Chattels, who was open to our concerns in folium and resolved them ASAP Overall, I’m satisfied with Chattels Design — the final outcome met our expectations, and the pricing stayed consistent with the initial estimate. It was a pleasant and professional experience!

We are happy with our overall experience with Chattels Design. We initially met Anil in Chattels office for intial discussions and Anil helped us connecting with designers from their team for initial designs and quotation. Anil and designers have help us with suggestions to decide on our initial budget and designs for our flat and we were offered good pricing during our discussions. We had several meetings before we finalized our final designs and Chattels designer Aysha is really patient and professional who helped us with all our final designs and in clarifying our queries related to designs, materials and costing. we were proposed best alternate designs based on our budget without compromising the quality and aesthetic look. Post design phase during implementation phase we got regular updates from on-site team. Rakesh and Pavan have made their best efforts allocated resources and completed the project with good quality. Rakesh was always available to answer any queries during project implementation phase and till handover our minor feedbacks are also taken in to consideration and Chattels have done their best of their efforts.

As this was my first experience with interior design for my home, I found the process quite challenging. However, working with Chattels made it significantly easier. Their highly supportive design and project management teams guided me through every stage with professionalism and care. I am thoroughly satisfied with every aspect of the work—from the initial design and measurements to the final execution. Special thanks to Mani, the Project Manager, and Harshitha, the designer, whose attention to detail and dedication ensured everything was completed to perfection. Naturally, there were a few hiccups along the way, as is common in such projects. What truly matters is how those issues are handled—and Chattels excelled in this regard. They stood by their commitments and are proactively addressing even the smallest remaining gaps. Their accountability and follow-through have been truly commendable.
