We did our interiors with Carafina and were completely satisfied. They have great designs, understands ur budget and fits in the best designs making your home look beautiful. Kushali had amazing ideas for our home fitting the right design in the right space. Gaurav was really helpful in giving that special piece of advice in fitting all our requirements in the limited spaces and always helped in getting the work done fast and efficient. Waseem was our supervisor and he just did all the work with so much ease and has a great helping attitude. We kept asking him questions and he was always available to answer all of them and helping in taking care of all the fittings. Waseem has great knowledge of site wise nuance and helps in getting all done the right way.

We had a very good experience with Carafina. The entire team from the designer to the execution team and ground staff was supportive and professional throughout the project. The designs were practical and the execution was neat and as discussed. Special thanks to Albert (site project manager) who was very approachable, patient and understanding. He ensured our requirements were clearly understood and executed properly and always got things done on time. Overall, it was a good experience and we’re happy with the quality of work delivered.

We recently concluded our interior works with CARAFINA and the overall experience was fruitful. The project was big (5 BHK) and final outcome is satisfying (give or take couple of weeks delay). We worked with Megha and Khushboo for designs, they were knowledgeable and came up with some inspired designs based on our preferences. Megha was also available for clarifications/questions throughout the execution process. Gaurav gave us a good deal and was candid in his conversation with us, his presence alone in the group chat was enough to keep people honest. The production drawings we detailed and thorough (please make sure to spend time here before proceeding to execution as the carpenters will replicate whatever is in the drawings). We were assigned Tauseef Khan as supervisor for the project and he did an amazing job on execution. He was always available for questions/requests, was able to pull strings or manage workers workload across projects to get things done, even on urgent requests. The carpenters and electricians are quite skilled. We did have couple of hiccups where some elements were not as per production drawings, they were able to resolve them promptly. Don't be afraid to ask for rework if things aren't as per original plan.

Very disappointed with this company, they made big promises at the start but failed to deliver on time. Work was delayed more than 2 months and delivered with poor finishing. Material quality is ok but they provided very poor finishing. I had a very bad experience with designer "Khusboo"- she showed an unprofessional attitude, lacked space saving ideas, they have very limited design options, if you shared your own ideas they are unable to execute very practical recommendations like pocket doors on temple which is very common now a day's. After receiving the payment the designer stopped responding, we tried to connect with Gaurav his behaviour was completely changed Overall I had a bad experience with this interior designer and would not recommend this company Carafina to anyone.
