My experience with BuildHii has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone considering them to think twice before signing a contract. Before Signing a contract they will make promises to deliver on time with quality. Once project is signed and amount is in their account their priority changes. This feedback is about a project done in Avalon Park at Prestige city, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore, where they took more than 1 year against promised timeline of 3 months and still things are not completed. Most frustrating part is their lack of communication and supervision. Site supervisor does not supervises the work done by their vendors and when customer raises issues then they considers this a change from customer. If you try to escalate the matters to Mr. Manoj and Mr Praveen Kumar, they do not have time and courtesy to call back. Customer should be prepared to get blamed for everything. Their vendors will take unplanned leaves for family emergencies and festivals, will make excuses to come late to site but BuildHii will not try to solve customer's problem but will keep focusing of trapping other customers. This trap starts from sweet talks of Shaaswat, their interior designers, Site Supervisor Pankaj, Manoj Sharma and finally Mr. Praveen. BuildHii does not have any experience of end to end project execution, they act as an aggregator and will charge your more than market rates in name of providing quality service, which again is a total lie. The quality of workmanship was inconsistent. Several items required rework due to poor finishing and installation defects, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. Please, do yourself a favor and DO NOT hire BUILDHII. Save your hard-earned money and your mental peace. If BuildHii team approach you for work, turn them away.

We recently worked with buildHii for our interiors and honestly, it was a very smooth experience. The team was approachable, patient with our changes, and always kept us in the loop. They understood what we wanted without over complicatingthe things and delivered exactly that. The execution was neat and our timelines were respected. Their transparency throughout the process reassured us that our home was being built to match the original design concept perfectly. The end result is nothing short of spectacular, with every room reflecting the vision we had in mind. We came across BuildHii through the reference of a friend who had done their interior from them. Ours is a comfortable 3BHK, so, we needed somebody who could do smart space planning for our home. The design team at BuildHii made a genuine effort to understand our lifestyle and requirements before suggesting anything. They included soft-close, and push-to-open mechanism, even decor planning was designed keeping convenience in mind We're very happy with how our home has turned out
