I accompanied my spouse to Bonito for a scheduled appointment in January, and the experience was deeply disappointing. An upfront payment of ₹9,999 was taken with clear promises of a proper design walkthrough and a 30-gram silver coin to be provided. Neither commitment was honored. We experienced long waiting times due to internal tool issues, inaccurate visuals, and were later told that receiving the actual 3D visuals would require paying additional charges, which was never communicated earlier. Even basic hygiene like providing a payment receipt had to be chased. The most frustrating part was the handling of commitments. The promised silver coin was not given, delivery timelines kept changing, and follow-ups were ignored. After weeks of delay, we were casually told to wait another 10 days, showing a complete lack of accountability. This was our experience before even deciding whether to proceed with Bonito. If this is how customers are treated at the very first step, it raises serious concerns about their processes and reliability. Would not recommend. Project id - 18064 - edited 17th feb

I had a horrible experience with this firm. Although the final result was good but had to go through so much trouble which is not at all worth it. In the beginning they will show the themes for you to choose for your house, believe me that’s all just tactics to impress the customer. While designing, those themes were not even looked at. It’s all you and your pin interest ideas that will result in the kind of design you want for your house. They charge too much money and they will tell you all sort of amazing discounts once the project is finished. We had to Chase after them for the discounts and add on gifts for so long. When it’s time for payment they will ask you for immediate payment but when it’s their turn for cashback/gold coin offer/ recliner, they will delay and won’t even pick up calls sometimes. I first thought I would be recommending my friends to go with this interior but now with the horror that I am going through, I would ask you to save yourself and some money and go with some other designers.

My project number is 12079. We had design out kitchen with bonito. Everything is fine and after one year Harish (Service team )gave a very good service to a small issue which I have raised. He was very quick to rectify the issue. Thanks yogesh for helping me reach out to service team.

We recently completed our home interior work with Bonito. Overall, the experience was excellent and the final outcome has come out well. The design ideas were modern and practical, and project execution,the quality of materials and finishing is appreciable. The execution team was skilled and cooperative. Project manager shijin has done wonderful job.The team was responsive in addressing our concerns and made the necessary corrections. With better timeline management. Overall, we had stress free experience,satisfied with our home interiors and would recommend Bonito to others looking for quality interior work.

Project ID: 13559 Bonito created a truly stunning and elegant interior design for my home. Ranjitha and Anjali, the designers, were exceptional throughout the process. They demonstrated a deep understanding of my requirements, offered creative solutions, and provided unwavering support right up to the handover of the project. Their expertise and dedication were instrumental in bringing my vision to life. Project Manager Gagan did an excellent job managing the execution phase. He was proactive in resolving site concerns within the committed timelines and ensured that any roadblocks were addressed with practical solutions to avoid prolonged delays. His approach brought much-needed structure and clarity to the process. Additionally, Vijay Kumble played a pivotal role in addressing supply chain challenges, ensuring communication was maintained and stepping in whenever delays in material delivery from the plant occurred. That said, completing a project with Bonito does require patience and an investment of time. While their final product is undeniably impressive, there were some delays in communication and follow-ups from the project team after the design phase was completed. Overall, Bonito delivers exceptional with high-quality workmanship and a keen eye for detail. Despite some challenges in the timeline, the finished product makes the journey well worth the effort.
