I had one of the worst experiences with this kitchen interior company. We placed our order after being assured that the work would be completed within 30 days. We even paid an additional 5% for fast delivery, but the project was still not completed even after 70 days. After repeated follow-ups, they finally sent a technician, but he could only speak Tamil and was unable to communicate in Kannada or English, making the installation process very difficult. On top of that, several hardware items were missing, which caused further delays. The installation quality is poor, with visible gaps beside the kitchen modules. Once the company received the full payment, their response became extremely slow, and customer support was disappointing. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience due to delays, poor communication, incomplete installation, and lack of after-sales service. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

We absolutely loved the work. I would definitely recommend Beth living to anyone. They are very professional and made the entire experience amazing. The best part is that they clearly understood our requirements and budget, and provided the best possible ideas. Mr.Ismail is a such a genuine person and is very sincere to his work. We can trust him completely. Our kitchen installation completed within a day and we are very much satisfied with their services.Thank you Mr.Ismail and Beth living team for making our home and kitchen so beautiful and elegant.

I got to know about Beth living through YouTube video which was shared by my brother-in law. I called the numbers given in the description and that person immediately contacted Whitefield branch for a call back. I got a call from Mr. Ismail within no time. He spoke to me for quite sometime and offered me to visit his showroom at Thubarahalli. He explained each of the kitchen modules really well. He was kind enough to take us to his home to show the actual work done. We were extremely happy with our first interaction and this continued till the completion of the project. He visited our house took the measurements and came up with a plan with the no.of units that could fit in our kitchen. He ensured 100% transparency in all the work he did. We had planned to have tiles till the ceiling as part of the renovation. He was extremely helpful in providing the Civil staff, Electrical staff, plumbing staff, Tiles laying work, granite selection & laying staff to us. He also supervised and did regular follow ups with these people to ensure the work was done in a timely manner. He discussed with all of them and ensured that all these people gave reasonable labor estimates to us. All these people respect him, listen to his instructions and did an excellent job. It would have been a tough task for us if we had to find them on our own. His own staff did an excellent job in installing the kitchen modules. Lastly one skirting couldn't be installed as there was a small difference in height because of the tile laid below. I requested him for a new one. He obliged and placed an order for the single piece. Even though this was a small piece of work, he kept me updated about the order on a regular basis. He didn't forget this small work inspite of being occupied in other projects. If it was others, they would have conveniently forgotten about my request but Mr. Ismail never did that and ensured it was tracked to completion. We can completely trust him and have 100% confidence that he will do an excellent job in all his projects. He has now become like our family friend:-). Thank you very much sir!.
