The above rating (one star) is for the company - AP - BHS .There are lots of opportunities for improvements and the company should seriously look into it before it's too late. 1. The vendors (both painting and carpentry/electrician) chosen by you are not competent enough to execute a good job. Everytime, the flaws in the execution have to be pointed out by us. Both the vendors( Mr. Nagaraj and Jnanesh) used to seldom visit the site and in turn, their workers were not clear about the details. Only after our complaint, PM was changed and line of actions were clear to the working team at site. The carpentry vendor doesn't have a team of his own and would rely on low budget electricians and other service people who was not competent enough even to understand the basic safety hazards. The furnitures at the customer site is misused. We had a similar experience with the initial set of carpenters too who lacked skill and perfection in execution. The team isn't equipped with the aids that are required for execution. The so called "painting coordinator" never cared to visit often ( just one or two visits) despite bringing the flaws to his notice. Several cracks have surfaced out (picture enclosed) and BHS has not been able to resolve this issue till date. Escalation didn't help much. AP gave a quotation for the FULL HOUSE PAINTING as that was requested when to team came for validation. But later the painting coordinator goofed up there also and AP without any shame , approached us saying that the painting cost given in the estimation of only for interior painting and refused to paint exterior though the quotation mentioned FULL HOUSE PAINTING. The VALIDATION process is just a hoodwinking process done at site. There were lots of lacunas in the design which were NOT noticed by the validation team. For example, the quotation mentioned about metal scaffolding but they used wooden pieces. When questioned, they said it's not safe to have metal scaffolding on granite steps. Why was this not pointed out by the validation team? There were several points like this. So it's just NOT a value added step. The material planning is another area which needs improvement. The materials which are needed at the end are procured first and dumped at our site. We need to safe guard these inventories. So much of EXCESS materials (fluted panel, PoP sheets) were scrapped at the end of the project. Please be aware that these excess materials impacts the Environment too. Having worked in an MNC, we believe that business process is a key element to achieve goal and customer satisfaction . So in the initial discussions, when we were informed about the process, we were mesmerized only to realise that they are not followed in true spirit during execution. I have done my interiors with Asian paints beautiful home services .Designer was very proactive and things turned out really well. Execution in 35days with out any delay. Very good response from Abishek and Chandhan. Really happy to work with the team Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

The worst decision was to go with Beautiful Homes by AP. The work was sloppy and not upto the mark, Prices are too high and no proper response from any of the team. No proper co-ordination among teams which resulted in unsatisfactory and untidy work. 22nd March 2024 till now its just torture. From design phase to till now. within 7-8 months handover the utility situation is this.

I recently engaged the Beautiful Homes Service by Asian Paints for my project, and overall, I am satisfied with the final outcome, considering the investment made. The team did a commendable job managing multiple vendors under one roof, which makes the service a great one-stop solution for executing various aspects of a project. This ability certainly reduces the burden of coordinating multiple stakeholders, which is a big plus. However, there were some challenges: • Timelines: The project started slowly, and there was a rush toward the end to meet deadlines, which impacted the execution quality. • Communication: Delays in delivery were not communicated in a timely manner, which could have been managed better. • Measurements and Design: Despite using laser measurements, there were some dimensional challenges during installation. The site validation process needs more focus, as it’s critical for smooth execution. Additionally, the final delivery didn’t entirely match the designs, with minor gaps here and there. To get the best results, I’d recommend customers be actively involved throughout the process, ensuring better alignment and outcomes. That said, their ability to consolidate resources and offer comprehensive solutions makes them worth considering. While the process had its hiccups, the final results were satisfactory, and the team’s overall effort delivered good value for the money spent. I would recommend Beautiful Homes Service to others but with the suggestion to stay closely involved during design, planning and execution for a smoother experience.
