I recently gave the interior project to the B Interior team. Faced horrible experience during project execution. There was no accountability. Totally unprofessional behavior. I was fooled by the promises they made during sales. They will surely disappoint you in the end. Kindly avoid falling into the trap of paying upfront and sticking with them till the end.

The interior carpenters have truly exceeded expectations with their work. Their craftsmanship is remarkable, showcasing fine attention to detail and skill. They handled on-the-spot customizations effortlessly, delivering excellent results without the need for prior 3D designs or detailed measurements. The job was completed with outstanding precision and quality, making their efforts highly commendable. However, back-office customer communication needs improvement. Regular feedback and service follow-up calls should be initiated to strengthen customer relationships and ensure a better overall experience.
