We are doing our interior work in Prestige Primrose Hills. If you have 1 year time for interiors and okay for continous reworks, then they are the best interiors you can go for. They damaged our tiles too. We paid them the entire money and going behind them for non-stop reworks. Our interior work is still pending. Extremely slow, low quality, horrible serivce and lots of mental torture.

Update on 14 Apr 2026 - Work still not completed. Given up on some aspects but kitchen cabinet doors still pending. Not sure if I will ever get these completed from them. Updated review on 24 Sep: The nonchalance from Arka Space continues. There are 2 carousels required for my kitchen which have been under processing for the past several months. The glass partitions and mirror work person has been trying to reach my site for measurements for the past 6 weeks but has unfortunately not succeeded. The directors of this organisation- Deepa who is responsible for design, Nitin who used to manage operations and who is the one who took this project are nowhere to be found. They are busy with all projects except mine. DO NOT ENGAGE THIS FIRM. IT IS A NIGHTMARE TO GET THEM TO FINISH YOUR WORK. Earlier Review. The work at my house was started on 1 Dec 2024. It is now mid August and the work is nowhere near completion. For the past 3 months I have been told that the work at my flat will be done in a week but carpenters are not available and on vacation on a regular basis. I had put a similar review a few days ago after which they started working at a decent pace with a constant ask to take the review down. The minute I relented and deleted my review, their behaviour went back to the old way. Nitin says he is part of the sales team and cannot help in escalating operational matters. He said he would share the number of the operational head which has not been done yet. I have made 80% of the payments as per their standard terms. I have lost a lot of money due to the work being delayed by several months.. please be very careful before hiring this firm
