Moving into our first home after 12 years of renting, we wanted a space that was contemporary, stylish, spacious, and pet-friendly. Among several options, the Archiville team stood out for their meticulous planning, thoughtful design, and attention to even the smallest details—especially for our furry kids. These projects demand both emotional and rational decision-making, and the team guided us through every step—from renders to design tweaks—always welcoming feedback. The final outcome was a perfect match to the envisioned digital render, something we hadn’t imagined possible. The lack of commitment, timely communication, regular updates, and the misleading assurances from Nevil are the primary reasons for this low rating. Even today, my project has unresolved issues that require replacements, yet there has been no update on their status. I was also promised the contact details of the vendors for each item, but those were never shared. Despite an enormous delay in project delivery, no compensation was ever offered. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is that the project was eventually completed after nearly 8 months, which unfortunately seems to be the standard across many home interior companies. However, the pending issues remain unresolved. It’s understandable if a company is understaffed, but that should not come at the cost of neglecting existing customers. Once the installation was completed, the level of support and responsiveness dropped significantly.

Our experience with Archiville has been wonderful from start to finish. The team was professional, attentive, and truly understood our vision, translating it into a space that feels both beautiful and functional. Especially Nevil , Akshitha , Meenu and Rithika were very attentive about our requirements and executed the designs according to our expectations. What we loved most was their eye for detail and the way the team patiently guided us through every decision, offering creative ideas while respecting our preferences. Communication was smooth, timelines were well managed, and the execution quality exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Archiville to anyone looking for thoughtful design, reliable execution, and a team that genuinely cares about delivering the best outcome.
