HeyBuddy is an AI-powered diary designed for children. By using this service, you confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian consenting to the use of this application for your child, or you are of legal age to use such services in your jurisdiction.

3. User Data & Privacy

We prioritize your child's privacy. Emotional growth metrics and mood patterns are shared with parents, but specific diary entries remain private unless voluntarily shared by the child. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

4. Limitation of Liability

HeyBuddy is a supportive tool for emotional growth but is not a substitute for professional mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with HeyBuddy. If for any reason you are not happy with our service, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

Money-Back Guarantee: If your child uses HeyBuddy fewer than 3 times a week in the first month and you don't see the value, we offer a full refund.
Request Window: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the initial purchase.
Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at amitk@stellarailabs.co.in with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.
